Bluehost
Bluehost is a website hosting and a domain name provider. The advantages of Bluehost are,
it is super-reliable, and it has a 1-click-install for WordPress users. They give you a free domain for a limited period as well.
You can also use the Bluehost even if you have already purchased your domain name from some other Domain name provider. For example, if you have a domain name purchased from GoDaddy, you can still use Bluehost to host your site. The registration procedures do not take more than 5 minutes.
How to Sign Up with Bluehost
#1 Go to bluehost.com
The first step is to visit www.bluehost.com and click on Get Started Now button. The homepage contains the advantages of Bluehost along with the offer prices included. Once you click Get Started now, you will be taken to the purchase plan section.
#2 Choose a Hosting Plan
The second phase is to choose a hosting plan. There are three plans provided by the Bluehost Basic, Plan, and Premium. As a beginner, Plus and Premium are not recommended by us because you don’t get a million visitors on your first day. If you still wish to take the plus or premium plan, you can select it.
We would recommend the Basic plan for a brand new website. You can save some cash as well.
#3 Buy a Domain Name
There are two options available in this step. The first one is to purchase a domain name. If you have a domain name in your mind, you can enter it in the new domain and click next to buy it. When the domain name is not available, you have to choose a different name or go for other endings (such as .net, .org, etc.)
If you have a domain name purchased from somewhere else, you can directly enter it in the “I have a domain name” column and click next.
If you don’t want to choose a domain name right away, you can select the “Choose a free domain later” option which appears as a pop-up on the same page.
#4 Fill in your Details
Enter your details to complete the registration process. Enter valid details as this will be your contact information.
#5 Check your “Package Information” and then Finish Registration
Select the package you wish to purchase. There are a few add-ons selected default; you can uncheck them if you don’t want them. The add-ons provided by Bluehost are great, but mostly they aren’t required.
Once you select the packages, you can choose the payment mode and click submit. The registration process is completed.
